Emory G. Loggins III

On October 26, 1977, Emory Loggins was working to load a vehicle on the shoulder of the interstate loop.  It was raining and an approaching tractor trailer jack-knifed and slid into the car Emory was loading.  The crash pinned Emory between the car and his tow truck, and he died from his injuries.  Emory left behind his wife and two children.
