Vincenzo Petrella

The evening of January 27, 2014, Vincenzo Petrella was working providing tollway assistance on the interstate.  Vincenzo had stopped to assist a tractor trailer that was disabled.  Vincenzo was peaking to a state trooper who was on the scene when they were stuck by another tractor trailer who failed to slow down and move over due to a driver that had been driving for far too many hours.  The rig crashed into both Vincenzo’s tow truck and the trooper’s squad car.  Vincenzo lost his life in the accident, passing at the scene.  Vincenzo leaves behind his wife and two children. We respectfully add Vincenzo Petrella to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
