Steven Hilton Bullard

Late the night of November 7, 2021, Steven Bullard was working to load a vehicle on the interstate in South Carolina. As Steven worked outside his vehicle, a tractor-trailer crashed into Steven and his truck and then fled the scene. Steven was killed in the accident leaving behind his wife and four children.
