Toby L. Bowden

The morning of March 15, 2023, Toby Bowden was working to clean up an accident on the shoulder of the Interstate. An impaired driver approached, he attempted to pass the fire apparatus set to protect the scene. The driver’s vehicle struck one of the fire trucks, hit a state patrol officer and then Toby. The impact killed Toby instantly, leaving his fiancé behind. We respectfully add Toby Bowden to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
