Thomas A. Flayhart, Sr.

On May 24 of 2017, Thomas Flayhart was on the side of a city road in the Baltimore area preparing to tow a disabled vehicle. Thomas was behind this truck when a car operated by a driver believed to be impaired failed to slow down, left the roadway and struck Thomas and his truck.

EMS responders airlifted Thomas to the nearby trauma center but he died as a result of his injuries, leaving behind his fiancé, four children and a grandchild.
