Staats M. Porter

Staats Porter was changing a tire on a California highway on September 13, 2016, when he collapsed. His customer called 911 and Staats was rushed to the hospital, having suffered a stroke while changing the tire. Staats never regained consciousness and passed away the next afternoon leaving behind three adult children and six granddaughters.
