Ryan Billotte

On the night of March 9, 2021, Ryan Billotte was loading a vehicle on the wide shoulder of the beltway in Las Vegas.  As he worked a small van approached, ignoring the slow down move over law.  The van struck Ryan and then sped off.  Ryan was killed in the collision leaving behind his wife and three step-children.
