Robert L. Carter

While at the towing company office on the afternoon of October 14, 2015, Robert Carter was asked to do a lock-out on a vehicle at the impound lot. As Robert headed to his wrecker to get his lock-out tools, another operator from his company was backing out in a heavy wrecker. The other operator did not see Robert walking behind his truck and tragically ran over Robert, killing him instantly. Robert Carter leaves behind his wife and four children. We respectfully add Robert L. Carter to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
