Richard W. Gillard II

After towing a public bus to a police impound lot Mr. Gillard was unhooking from it when it rolled forward onto him. He was pinned several minutes beneath the left front tire. He was unconscious but they revived him at the scene. His family removed him from life-support at the hospital 2 days later where he died.
