Richard Kenda

Richard Kenda, was working on the highway on February 13, 1966.  As Richard was recovering his tow chain he had used it to assist a motorist with a stalled vehicle, he was struck by a sedan that crashed under the flatbed of his truck.  The impact broke both truck axles and took Richard’s life. We respectfully add Richard Kenda to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
