Phillip J.R. Smith

Phillip Smith was working in a blizzard on January 17, 2022. It was early afternoon and Phillip was assisting a motorist with a recovery in the storm. While Phillip was working, a snow plow was also working to clear roadway lanes. The blizzard conditions made it difficult to see and the snowplow struck Phillip killing him instantly. Phillip Smith leaves behind three young children.
