Mark Alarcon

Mark was from Dublin California. He was born December 9th of 1958. On June 23, 2020, Mark Alarcon was working to assist with a disabled vehicle on the shoulder of the highway. Mark’s Freeway Service Patrol vehicle was parked off of the roadway but the driver of a lumber truck did not slow down and move over. The lumber truck crossed the white line and struck both Mark and his vehicle. Mark succumbed to the injuries he sustained in the crash. He is survived by his sister Sandy Simpson, nephew, Jason Wolfe, and great niece Willow Rose, his partner Sandy Muniz and her sons Ryan (wife Laura), Rory (wife Courtney) and grandson, Reno Churchfield.
