Keith Andrew Skaggs

Keith Skaggs was helping a stranded motorist on the side of the interstate the night of April 7, 2023.  The stranded motorist and a good Samaritan were present at the scene as well.  While Keith worked, there was a drunk driver approaching.  The impaired driver had their lights off, was weaving in and out of traffic, and moved to the shoulder to get around.  The vehicle was traveling at more than ninety miles per hour and crashed into the scene where Keith was working.  The customer and the Samaritan were killed, along with Keith, in the collision that ensued. We respectfully add Keith Andrew Skaggs to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
