Jeffrey Ray Underwood

On the afternoon of April 30, 2018, Jeffrey Underwood was working to remove the driveshaft from a truck on the side of the interstate. As he worked to remove the bolts, the shaft came free and fell on his head. Emergency responders arrived after what was likely an hour to find him unresponsive. Jeffrey was Life Flighted to the hospital and underwent emergency brain surgery. Due to severe brain damage, Jeffrey remained in a coma until his death on October 10, 2019. Jeffrey Underwood leaves behind his wife and three sons.
