James E. Mills, Jr.

“Eddie” Mills was working on the side of the interstate early on Thursday evening, November 5, 2015. As he worked to load a disabled vehicle to his tow truck, a pickup truck crossed on to the shoulder and struck Mr. Mills. Eddie was transported to a regional hospital where he succumbed to his injuries just two hours after being struck. Eddie Mills leaves his wife and two daughters behind. We respectfully add James “Eddie” Mills, Jr. to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
