Dwain Monette Naftal

It was early afternoon on August 31, 2021, and Dwain Naftal was working at a city intersection. As Dwain worked to help the motorist, an SUV approached and its driver lost control as the car entered the intersection. The vehicle crashed into the median and then into Dwain. The accident took Dwain’s life instantly, leaving his wife behind.
