David N. Scarborough Jr.

David was born on May 101977 he was the owner and operator of Scarborough’s Towing and Recovery. On November 1 2012 he was hooking up a disabled vehicle when he was struck by a passing motorist. He leaves behind his wife Lee Ann three children; Mendi Katilin and Josh along with several family and friends.
