Danny R. Hand

In the early morning hours of November 27, 2016, Danny Hand was loading a disabled vehicle on the side of an on ramp to the Interstate.  The disabled vehicle was completely off the roadway as was Danny’s truck whose lights were on to warn other traffic.

Danny was wearing reflective safety gear but was still in the path of an intoxicated driver who left the roadway and struck Danny.  The impact and subsequent injuries killed Danny.
