Daniel Hogg Sr.

Mr. Hogg was loading a disabled vehicle onto his wrecker when a Penske truck clipped him while he was at the controls. The Penske driver stopped and was cited for driving too fast for conditions. Mr. Hogg was airlifted to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
