Currently serving as the 1st Vice President of the International Towing and Recovery Hall of Fame and Museum (ITRHFM) since 2017, Jeffrey has played a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s mission and objectives. His leadership has been instrumental in numerous initiatives aimed at supporting both industry professionals and their families.

From 2011 to 2021, Jeffrey held the position of Associate Member Representative on the Board of the Towing and Recovery Association of America (TRAA), where he advocated for the interests of associate members and contributed to strategic decision-making processes. His dedication to the TRAA continued as he served on the Executive Board from 2019 to 2021 and has been an active member of the TRAA LAN since 2016. Through these roles, Jeffrey has worked tirelessly to foster collaboration within the towing community and enhance the standards of service across the industry.

In addition to these leadership roles, Jeffrey has been a co-chairman of the ITRHFM Survivor Fund Committee since 2005. Under his co-leadership, the Fund has experienced significant growth, allowing for increased financial support to eligible families of towing professionals who have faced tragic circumstances. This initiative reflects Jeffrey’s deep commitment to his peers and their families, ensuring that they are supported in times of need. Furthermore, he has served as a member and chairman of the ITRHFM Wall of the Fallen Committee since 2007, honoring the sacrifices of those in the towing profession by commemorating their legacies.

Jeffrey’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident in his co-founding of FTI Groups Inc., the parent company of towpartnersa groundbreaking resource and discount purchasing program that has saved towing companies over $50 million. This initiative not only provided significant cost savings for businesses but also helped fund state towing associations, demonstrating Jeffrey’s commitment to the financial health and support of the towing community.

His innovative approach to technology in the towing industry was further exhibited through his participation in the development and launch of the first digital dispatching efforts. This initiative has transformed operational efficiencies within the sector, showcasing Jeffrey’s forward-thinking mindset and dedication to modernizing industry practices.

Throughout his career, Jeffrey has been honored with multiple awards, including the prestigious TRAA Presidential Award in both 2008 and 2015, as well as the ITRHFM Presidential Award. Tow Equipment/Product Innovation

Innovation of a product sold in the marketplace that has helped move the industry forward. Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of service to the industry.

Exemplary Dedication

Candidate must have 20 years running a towing business in an outstanding and exemplary manner, promoting a positive image of the towing industry and have positive relations with the community, i.e., performing services for the community about and beyond the services for hire. Limit: One inductee per year.

Industry Leadership

Leadership involved with an outstanding project that has had a dynamic and lasting effect on the towing industry. Candidate must have minimum 10 years service to the towing industry.

Professional Achievement

Creating a product or service of any kind that has had a significant and lasting effect on thousands of towing professionals. Candidate Must have a minimum of 10 years to the industry.
