Bud Morgan
Muskogee, Oklahoma
Founder, Morgan Towing & Recovery
Bud Morgan started his company in 1973 and was very passionate about towing and recovery and helping people. He grew his business through hard work and a commitment to treating customers the “right way.” He became known for clearing roads quickly and effectively. In the late 80s, a fuel tanker turned over onto a pick-up truck with a young man and six-year-old child inside. The young man passed away in the accident. The child was trapped inside the vehicle. Bud used air cushions and a 750 Holmes to save the boy’s life. This story exemplified Bud’s passion for the industry.
Bud was inducted posthumously.
