Richard Barrows Jr.

On the night of December 9, 2024, Richard Barrows, Jr. was assisting a stranded motorist on the highway.  An approaching vehicle did not slow down and move over and crashed into the vehicle Richard was servicing, also striking Richard.  The vehicle fled the scene and though the fire department worked to save him, Richard died at the scene. We respectfully add Richard Barrows, Jr. to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
