Jabar “Qasdano” Issa

Jabar Issa was working a tire change on Route 78 and asked for assistance. Another tow truck operator from his company arrived at the scene to provide support. Both men were outside of their trucks when a pickup truck crossed onto the shoulder and struck both tow trucks, both operators and the disabled vehicle. Mr. Issa was pronounced at the scene, leaving behind a wife and four children. We respectfully add Jabar “Qasdano” Issa to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
