Frank L. Ingram

Early the afternoon of October 19, 2023, Frank Ingram was working on the side of the interstate to load a disabled dump truck.  A passing cargo van failed to slow down and move over, instead crossing the white line and striking Frank.  Frank was killed on impact. We respectfully add Frank L. Ingram to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
