Christopher M. Russell

Christopher Russell was returning home after a tow on the evening of May 21, 2022.  En route, he saw a woman stranded with a flat tire on the shoulder of the state highway.  Christopher stopped and changed her tire.  As he was finishing at the truck of the car, an approaching passenger vehicle struck Christopher and the vehicle he had just serviced.  Christopher was killed instantly in the collision.
