Ronald D. Covington Jr.

While helping police clear debris after a minor highway accident Mr. Covington was hit by a log truck. The truck ignored the police orders to stop and fled the scene. The man was arrested the next day and booked for negligent homicide hit and run and failure to obey police. Mr. Covington died at the scene.
