Richard J. Randolph

Richard Randolph was working a tractor trailer crash the morning of April 12, 2017.  The truck had overturned on an exit ramp and came to rest on the barrier wall.  This caused Richard to be in harm’s way as he worked.  While trying to secure the vehicle, Richard went over the wall onto a concrete maintenance platform.

During this work, Richard fell from the Interstate overpass ramp and died at the scene.  Richard left behind his wife, ten children, twenty three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
