Scott E. Bowles

Scott Bowles went out to recover a disabled vehicle on the interstate early on the morning of May 11, 2017. As he arrived, his lights were on and he got out to approach the vehicle he was there to tow. As he walked next to his truck, he was struck by a mini-van whose driver had not slowed down or moved over. Scott’s injuries were severe, and he was pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital. Scott leaves behind his wife and three children.
