Sponsorships

Hotel Key Card Sponsor (one) $1,500

Each attendee receives a custom-designed room key when they check in at
the Host Hotel. The face of the key will have the Museum, Wall of the
Fallen and Hall of Fame logos. The magnetic strip side will feature
the sponsor’s logo and offer message. Sponsor will receive:

1. Logo and offer message on the strip side of the room keys

2. Name/logo on all promotion and sponsor recognition signage

3. Promotional material supplied by sponsor included in registration packet

 

Signage Sponsor (one) $1,000

Schedule of Event Signs will be placed in hotel lobbies (Chattanoogan Hotel,
Marriott, Staybridge Suites and other properties as they are needed)
and at Tennessee Tow Show registration. Name/logo on all promotion
and sponsor recognition signage

 

Hall of Fame Inductee Gifts $500

Gift: Personalized leather portfolio with inductee name and year

Note card from sponsor included with portfolio. Commemorative nametag presented
to each inductee with sponsor logo included on back of nametag with
schedule and contact information.

 

Hall of Fame Inductee Luncheon (one) $1,500

Each Hall of Fame inductee and one guest attend luncheon with Museum officers
Friday afternoon. Sponsor receives one attendance at lunch, Name/logo
on all promotion and sponsor recognition signage and sponsorship of
commemorative poster, which is presented to inductees at luncheon.

 

Statue Sponsor (one) $1,000

Wall of the Fallen statues presented to fallen tower families at Name Unveiling
ceremony. Sponsor receives recognition at Wall of the Fallen Ceremony
via easel signage and signage on table with statues. Sponsor
name/logo also appears on all promotion.

 

Family Fellowship Sponsor (four) $750 each

Sponsors receive recognition at Wall of the Fallen Ceremony via easel signage
and welcome signage in Fellowship Hall. Sponsor name/logo also
appears on all promotion.

 

Annual Member Meeting/Breakfast Sponsor (one) $1,500

Sponsor receives two tickets for breakfast and opportunity to welcome Museum
members (up to 5 minutes) prior to Annual Meeting. Sponsor receives
recognition via banner in room and literature on each table (sponsor
provides literature). Sponsor name/logo also appears on all
promotion.

 

Friday Evening Sponsor (four) $5,000 each

Sponsors each receive 10 tickets to the Friday Evening event, up to three
minutes to welcome guests (these will be scattered throughout the
evening per below).

1. Hall of Fame Inductee Sponsor – sponsor introduces each HoF inductee
   and presents each with polo (HoF Gift 1) – logo on sleeve of shirt

2. Hall of Fame Reunion Sponsor – Sponsor welcomes HoF Reunion and
   presents each HoF member with a keepsake (included in sponsorship).
   Sponsor logo on all HoF invites sent to HoF members for Reunion).

3. Auction Sponsor – Sponsor banner hangs above silent auction area, they
   introduce auctioneer, name/logo on keepsake paddles

4. Cocktail Party Sponsor – Sponsor gets name/logo on napkins, cups, drink
   tokens, etc.
