Spencer M. Hughes

Early the morning hours of July 29, 2022, Spencer Hughes was working outside of his tow truck on the side of a state highway.  As he worked to retrieve the vehicle, a pickup truck approached and struck Spencer. Emergency personnel transported Spencer by ambulance but he passed away en route to the hospital.
