Sam Franks, Jr.

On July 9, 2014, Sam was responding to a tow call when he found his truck would not start. He got under the truck to work on it and the hydraulic jack failed. This caused the truck to fall, crushing Sam who leaves a wife and son behind. We respectfully add Sam Franks, Jr. to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
