Ronald E. Chaney

Ronald Chaney was loading a car on the shoulder of the Interstate the morning of December 1, 2017. As he worked to begin loading, an approaching vehicle failed to slow down and move over. The vehicle crashed into the disabled car Ron was loading and into Ron, killing him instantly and leaving his wife behind.
