Rogelio Perez-Borroto

Rogelio Perez-Borroto was working on the outside shoulder of a wide Interstate bridge helping two stranded motorists early the morning of February 15, 2016.  As his customers waited in the cab of his truck and he worked to load their car, Rogelio was stuck by a passenger car whose driver fled the scene.  Rogelio was thrown against his truck and died at the scene leaving behind a young daughter.
