Ralph Henry Watrous, II

In the early morning hours of September 10, 2017, Ralph Watrous was working to assist a motorist on the side of the highway.  As Ralph was loading the vehicle, another car approached.  The driver of the other vehicle failed to comply with the slow down move over law and subsequently hit the tow truck, Ralph and his customer.  Ralph and his customer were killed in the crash.  Ralph left behind his fiancée, three sons, two daughters and six grandchildren.
