Michael P. Kelly

Mr. Kelly suffered a blowout while driving his tow truck and lost control. He crashed into a canal along Alligator Alley. He was missing for about 40 minutes when divers found him. They performed CPR and rushed him to the hospital. He was later pronounced dead.
