Louis Judson Rich

Louis Rich was working on the shoulder of an interstate on ramp on the afternoon of June 11, 2020. Louis was outside of his truck when a car approached and crossed the white line striking both Louis and his tow truck. Louis’ injuries were severe and he was transported to the hospital where he passed as a result of the crash.
