Kyle B. Parker

Kyle Parker was born January 29 1982. On August 272003 Kyle was assisting a motorist on the New York State Thruway when he was struck and killed by a tractor trailer that drifted onto the shoulder. We respectfully add Kyle B. Parker to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
