Kelvin Alonzo Barr

Kelvin Barr had stopped to assist with a disabled vehicle on the shoulder of the turnpike late the night of August 27. He was working outside of his truck with the lights activated when a pickup truck approached, not slowing down or moving over. The truck crossed the white line and struck Kelvin and his tow truck. Kelvin died in the accident, leaving behind two children.
