Justin T. Willis

Justin was born on October 25 1982. On December 31 2001 while Justin was working as a Road Ranger for the Florida DOT assisting at a traffic incident he was struck and killed by a hit and run driver. He leaves behind a wife Nicole and his son Joshua also several family members.
