Edward Matthew Giant, IV

Edward Giant was working on the outside shoulder of a state highway loading a boat and trailer onto his carrier just after midnight May 19, 2018. As Edward worked, his customer sat in his own vehicle behind the casualty to provide some protection. Another driver on the highway was intoxicated and his SUV did not stay in its lane as it passed the motorist. The DUI driver hit the rear of Edward’s truck going up the bed and hitting Edward along the way. Edward Giant died at the scene and leaves his son behind.
