David Herr

David was born on January 171977 he lost his life on August 6 2013 when he was shot after a confrontation with the owner of a vehicle David was towing. He had been a driver for about 8 years and loved doing the job. David was honored with a memorial procession of more than 100 wreckers. He leaves behind his children Kayleigh and Eric.
