Clarence Hugh Souther, Jr.

On September 30, 1962, Clarence “Benny” Souther was on the shoulder of the highway with his co-worker just in front of their wrecker.  An approaching vehicle left the roadway and struck the two, killing Clarence instantly and seriously injuring his co-worker.
