Andrew Ray Dove

In the early morning hours of the first day of 2020, Andrew Dove was working alongside the expressway loading the first of two vehicles he was picking up from an accident. As he winched one of the vehicles onto the bed of his carrier, a motorist approached and crossed the white line. The motorist was not obeying the Slow Down Move Over law and, as a result, hit Andrew and one of the unoccupied vehicles. Andrew was killed in the collision.
