Andres Garcia-Boligan

Andres Garcia-Boligan was working as a Road Ranger the afternoon of September 15, 2015.  Andres was working to slow down traffic while assisting with an accident next to the turnpike.  As he worked to help with a car that was stranded across the road and off to the shoulder, an approaching dump truck had a braking issue.  Andres tried to get out of the way, but the truck struck him before striking a pole. We respectfully add Andres Garcia-Boligan to our “Wall of the Fallen”.
