Kenneth Weber

Kenneth J Weber was born in 1952. His childhood was spent at his father’s service station and towing business. In 1972 he married Mary and together they raised 3 children, Kenneth Jr, Tracy and Wendy. He continued to work in the towing business with companies in the Milwaukee area. In 1986 Ken and Mary decided to start their own truck repair business, Ken Weber Truck Service.

Shortly after opening they found the need to include towing and recovery in their business.

Ken has always believed that training and safety is the most important aspect of any towing company. He is a Level 3 Heavy Recovery Specialist, and encourages his employees to attend training seminars and workshops for towing and diesel repairs. Ken’s knowledge of recovery has led him to become a Level 3 testing panelist for the Towing and Recovery Association of America for over 10 years.

He is a member of TRAA and since 2007 has served as the Wisconsin Representative and Director for TRAA. He has been a member and a leader of the Wisconsin Towing Association since 1987. He is a past Chairman and Vice Chairman of the WTA and still serves on several committees. For several years Ken has organized the tailgate event for the Wisconsin Motor Carriers and has served as past Chairman. This event helps and raises funds for over 10,000 Special Olympics athletes with the world’s largest truck convoy!

He supports several organizations in Pewaukee and surrounding communities. Local bowling teams, softball teams, school football and homecoming teams are all beneficiaries of Webers along with training the local Fire Dept. Ken is a proud sponsor of the Wisconsin Special Olympics athletes and has been a supporter for years.

Ken is most proud of his grandson, Jai, who has graduated with a degree in Diesel Mechanics and is going to be the 3rd generation of Webers to be a heavy-duty tower.
