Juan Manuel Morga

Juan was working on a rotation call for the California Highway Patrol in the early hours of Christmas day. As he was loading the vehicle onto his truck a drunk driver crossed onto the shoulder of the interstate and struck Juan before flipping and crashing into other motorists.

Juan was killed in the accident, leaving behind his wife and four children.
